Emails and Spam Filters
We answer all emails in a timely manner. If you have written to us or placed and order and have not received a response, please check your spam folder if you use an ISP that provides a spam filter for your email account.



International Orders
We ship to most countries and will be happy to quote a shipping price for you. Please email us before ordering and an invoice will be sent to your email address that is payable online. We do accept postal money orders in US dollars if you would rather not pay online.
Most of our items can be shipped internationally through the postal service with the exception of the 6 foot and 8 foot poles which exceed the size limits. These can be shipped UPS.
International orders may be subject to duties and custom fees.



Checks and Money Orders
Please use our online ordering system for credit cards, checks or money order. Mail check or money order to Monica Shine 129 Rube Robinson Rd. Huntsville, AL 35811. Orders $100.00 or over that are paid by check will be sent 7 days after deposit of your funds, money orders are shipped within 4 to 5 days.
International orders must contact Passage by email to receive shipping charges.


Reserved Orders
We try to keep a varied stock on hand and often will post a message stating that an item is sold out. We do replenish these items if possible and will repost them as soon as possible. If there is a sold item you are interested in, you may contact Passage and place a reserved order of that item (if available).



Credit Cards Payment
Passage uses Paypal for online credit card transactions. Click on the purchase button for a secure transaction. We can only accept credit cards online.
Customers anywhere in the world may use this method of payment after contacting Passage to determine the shipping charges.



Furniture
The decoupage furniture is made to order and all of the pieces shown are already sold.
Anyone wishing to purchase wholesale (furniture only) must provide company name, company address, company phone number, State tax numbers, and business licenses before any price quotes will be given. This is to protect the wholesale customers of Passage.
Free shipping does not apply to furniture or any decoupage product unless specified.


Damages and Return Policy
Notification of a return must be made within 2 days of receiving the item. Items (except for drapery hardware and bedcrowns) may be returned at customer's expense within 5 days for a full refund, credit or exchange. Each item is inspected before shipment however, if you find fault due to manufacturing you may return the item at Passage's expense within 5 days. Email or call for a return authorization.

Drapery hardware or bedcrowns may not be returned

Passage is not responsible for damages incurred in transit. If you do have a damaged item, keep all packaging materials and contact us on the day of delivery. We will replace the item damaged at no cost to you and file the claim. The sealed package will be picked up and returned to Passage. We cannot send a replacement if we do not have notification that the damaged item has been returned.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS. Orders over $50.00 are shipped signature required, please provide an address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the package. A street address is required.
